As we drove along a highway in Croatia, I spotted this more recently abandoned structure and had to pull over to check it out. I struggled to find a lot of information about it, but it does appear the restaurant was up and running although the hotel was never finished. Perhaps a victim of the COVID-19 pandemic. Regardless of why it was abandoned, it’s a shame, because there were spectacular views from the unfinished guest rooms.
